C’est un ample projet de consolidation, de rénovation, de modernisation et de restauration développé entre 2003 et 2007 avec la participation des architectes et des designers de renom de Roumanie, d’Italie, d’Autriche et d’Allemagne. Le travail fut réalisé en grande partie par des compagnies spécialisées (en art, en restaurations, en design, en finissages, en dotation-mobilier) à l’aide des employés et des artisans d’Italie, d’Autriche, de la République Cheque et de Pologne. C’est un ouvrage primé par l’Union Nationale des Architectes, désigné comme le meilleur projet de restructuration et de design intérieur de 2007.
